A total of 35 differentially expressed proteins were identified and cluster analysis revealed that these altered proteins were involved in diverse biological processes, mainly including metab- olism, apoptosis regulation, calcium ion binding and so on. Significant alterations were found in a group of metabolic proteins (48.6% of total
35 proteins). These proteins function in diverse metabolic processes, such as glycolysis, tricarboxylic acid cycle, oxidative phosphorylation and so on.
