- Organise/administer/put away regular deliveries
- Collate kit for imminent jobs
- Organise kit for engineers van stock
- Conduct accurate and regular stock checks to ensure system is correct
- Manage stock on the shelves
- Work towards reducing current stock held
- Organise the removal and delivery of bins/skips
- Present new engineers with full and comprehensive kit and tool allocation
- Be reactive to 'emergencies’ Breakdowns/Collisions/Kit not delivered/Kit not ordered/Kit required at short notice
- Fleet management (daily) MOT/Service/Weekly vehicle checks/Booking vehicles in/out/Organising PO’s for hire vehicles/Updating online fleet records/Ensuring correct paperwork is available/completed correctly/Selling old vehicles/Organising fuel cards
