Job duties, compensation, and policies may all remain the same, but by changing expectations and
experiences, the intersubjective relationships between superior and subordinate and among co-workers are
modified by dimensions in Table I [Figure omitted. See Article Image.]. This change speaks directly to the
mandate of critical and evolutionary critical theory, insofar as reflection is a necessity for social structures and
standards to gain intersubjective status (see Figure 1 [Figure omitted. See Article Image.]).
