Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Business Management are preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience in the area of recruitment, training & development.
Very good knowledge and competent (at functional, managerial, and modeling level) in the principles of HR Management, including : organizational development, recruitment and selection.
Very Good interpersonal skills in verbal and written communications in English.
Efficient in computer (Microsoft Word & Excel, etc.).
Be able to work independently.
