Dear PSC,
As we had meeting with PSC 6 months ago which already have the agreement and we have great coordination since then.
For now I want to change the template, I would like PSC to comment firmly why this order was canceled with the "system error" status. It will be easier to inform customers.
former Template system error on OMS:
System error/Seller or LAZADA/Replace within 24 hrs.
Change to
System error/Seller or LAZADA/ X-Function will Replace within 24 hrs.
Please, Note: And choose only one from Seller or LAZADA that we need to know who make the mistake.
