As I do not hear from any of you, I assume that you will be spending below P&I budget as per your last confirmation for Dec.
Below table shows actual P&I spends updated until 13 Dec 2013 for your info. The last column in below table highlighted in yellow is the remaining budget for December of your respective brands.

PO transactions: Pls ensure you complete goods receipt in SAP to record the expense within 2013.
Provision is NOT needed when you complete GR in SAP (Only for goods and services received in 2013)
Non PO Transactions: Pls send invoices to Accounting latest by 20 Dec 2013.
Provision is needed for non PO transactions of those invoices you cannot provide to Accounting within cut-off date above.
Pls send your request together with complete supporting documents to me latest by 23 Dec 2013.
