This is two times, I am still received this confirmed order.
I asked the "Gmail Help Forum" group as mail below. He told me , it is
NOT possible. Two identical email IDs can't exist.
Please help to solve the problem.
If the Order's owner got confirmation email, please let him reply the
confirmed order to lazada and my email (narongrit@gmail.com).
- if he have same my email ID, in the sender name when he reply must be "
narongrit@gmail.com" (same font by font, no dot, no special character,
etc.)
- if he send email to "narongrit@gmail.com", he will receive reply email
too. It is a simple logic.
- Currently, Lazada Service and info email send email to me (
narongrit@gmail.com). I have a few question he got this email like me???
If not, why he did not ask for the confirmation email WHY???????
- If he received Lazada Service and info email, NOW he already got the
coupon 150 baht for apologize. yes or no?
Could you please to clarify, this concern make me annoyed.
I hope, I will get the best solution ASAP within this week and I hope this
concern will not alert via my email.
