Handle HR administration: Recruitment, HRD, Compensation & Benefits and Labor law
Perform the recruitment process discussing the requirement with Hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Monitor and participate in HR Onboarding and Off-boarding process
Assist in preparing the employment contracts, employment handbook, and the compliance with related to labour laws & regulations
Responsible for manage, maintain and update employee personal profiles, HR database and HR system with confidentiality
Assist the manager in full spectrum of HR and related functions
