The CFCS of M5-L, J10-L, Q8-L and LGG strains showed a significant killing effect against S. sonnei. The viability of the S. sonnei was decreased by 0.2–0.3 log CFU/ml after contact with CFCS for 1 h, the kill effect of the four lactobacilli showed the same level. After 2 h, the viability of the S. sonnei was decreased by 2.7–3.6 log CFU/ml for the four strains respectively, J10-L and Q8-L strains showed the strong kill effect for viability of the S. sonnei
