Enkei Thai Co., Ltd. had invited Win Number One Limited Partnership to attend a meeting and explain the operation. Mr. Chadlit Kulprasertrat (Henry) was a representative of Win Number One Limited Partnership to attend the first meeting and answer all raised questions instead of Mr. Pamorn Plaisang. Due to unclear talking details, Enkei Thai Co., Ltd. made the second appointment with the executive of Win Number One Limited Partnership, therefore, Mr. Pamorn Plaisang (Simon) as the executive himself attended this meeting in order to answer all suspicions with Enkei Thai Co., Ltd. including apologized for the information which Mr. Chadlit Kulprasertrat (Henry) provided in the first meeting and allow Enkei Thai Co., Ltd. to audit the previous operation of Win Number One Limited Partnership. Four months later, Win Number One Limited Partnership called to ask for the progress of this audit and follow up the non-payment, and then made another appointment with Mr. Yochi Naka, the manager of engineering department, mentioned as the third meeting. Mr. Pamorn Plaisang (Simon) and Mr. Chadlit Kulprasertrat (Henry) themselves attended this meeting, and answered all suspicions to Mr. Yochi Naka again including apologized him for confusing communication.
In addition, Win Number One Limited Partnership has already giving Mr. Yochi Naka the document of the outstanding payment that Enkei Thai Co., Ltd. has to pay.
