Then the slides were placed in PVC chamber at 21oC and covered by aluminium
foil. Sea water was pumped at flow velocity of 10 to 20 drops/minute in the PVC chambers. Ten
slides were placed in the PVC chamber with regular distance for the formation of biofilm
(Hong et al., 2002). The sea water passed through the PVC chamber with inserted glass slide for a month for bacterial adherence (Lehtola et al., 2002).
