To use Tables 19-28, one proceeds as follows:
1. Locate the proper table for subject’s age, that is, the table covering the limits within which the subject’s age falls. (Thus, in the case of a subject 67 years of age, this would be Table 26.)
2. Next locate the test column in the table and find the raw score which the subject has earned on the test.
3. Look directly across to the extreme left or right to the column marked Scaled Score. The score there given is the equivalent age-scaled score on the test in question.
4. Do this for each of the tests, using the same table.
5. Record the obtained scores in the last column of the summary box on the cover of the Record Form.
