Amylopectin branch-chain length distributions of native and TfMAtreated
rice starches after isoamylase debranching were analyzed
using HPAEC with an anion-exchange column CarboPacTM PA200, and
the proportions of amylopectin branch-chain categories (i.e., A, B1, B2,
and B3 branch-chains) were calculated by a sum of relative peak areas
according to the normalized chromatogram (Fig. 2).
