Booking Dashboard – Thoughts behind the Dashboard
Targets:
Targets identified in background to show color coding of numbers.
Exception Report:
Exception Report to be auto generated on each sub-App (% Rated bookings, %Confirmed, Bookings not received and not cancelled
etc) on weekly or monthly basis (frequency to be defined in background) when numbers fall below target. The exception reports
should be on offices basis and be sent to the GM/Customer service Department to display the bookings that needs to be
corrected/updated.
Reminders:
If Bookings have not been corrected within a certain defined timeline, another report should be triggered and be sent to GM and
Regional Director. Reports will continue to generate until numbers are above target again.
