Porter tried to integrate all the theories about the concept of competitiveness and to create the Diamond Model which was compound of four important factors of competitiveness and the relations between them: factor’s conditicns, demand’s conditions, the supported and connected industries and the strategy, structure and rivalry of a company, creating, in this way, the environment in which the companies appear and learn to be competitive (Subarna and Rajib, 2010, p. 91).
