ฉันรักการแปลGood night Yuva.
Dinner with Meaw and Craig was very nice.I have no idea what kind of soup Meaw made, but it was good.
Along with some chicken and potatoes. She even made a pineapple pie. For a first time attempt, she did
very well. I appreciate Meaw's high praise for my recovery. My primary care doctor also agrees with her. He
reviewed all of my test results with me from before the heart attack. He believes I have never displayed any
indicators I should be at risk for a heart attack. However, since I had one, at least for me, we need to
investigate what new levels I can get to by taking a cholesterol medication. He thinks I have properly
identified my bad comfort food and have the right ideas on diet change to help. So he cleared me to begin
working out on my own again. He is pretty sure I know when it is time to stop before I go too far. He just
wanted me to remember I may not be able to do a full work out the first time out. To monitor everything
slowly and not over do it. So I think I will start out with lower levels and counts. I'll stop long enough
in between sets and core exercises to check my pulse and blood pressure. Just to make sure I take enough
time to evaluate my condition before I move onto the next set. So I promise to be careful and move slowly.
There really is not any real new news. It looks like the coup has pretty well sunk it's teeth into the situation
and has finally cut off all information. Including keeping the nosy west at bay and at arms length. There
is a interesting op-ed posted The Diplomat on the internet. It is somewhat beat around the bush, but it is a
fair analysis of what I am seeing given the levels and depths of the previous reporting I have read. We may
well be hypocrites in the west. And while I will always by a right leaning middle of the road conservative.
I am sympathetic to the left leaning middle of the road folks who may well be the true unheard of majority
of the red shirt movement. After all, no one can call suppressing the majority, regardless of position, a real
democracy. It looks to me like the right has figured out how to stop the left in Thailand. I do not want to
appear to take sides, but I do not condone denying any majority. A real democracy allows the majority to
speak their mind and to allow free elections to prevail. If the minority can not hold enough power to hold
off the majority, then they have to learn how to rewin the hearts of the majority to win back their power.
Pleasant dreams and sleep well. I think about you all the time.
