This descriptive research aimed to examine perceived occupational health hazards, organizational climate, and turnover intention among nurses working in a hospital under the Thai Red Cross .The sample consisted of 5 female nurses with at least year of working experience The data were collected using a questionnaire from 19 July to August 2005 There were 268 copies of retumed questionnaires(97.45%) Descriptive statistics used were frequency. percentage. mean and standard deviation. The analytical statistics comprised analysis of variance. t-test. Pearson scorrelation coefficient. and step wise multiple regression analysis.
