The scenarios were wearing safety goggles when
irrigating a deep wound (‘‘goggles’’) and wearing a
fluid-impermeable apron when providing ostomy
care (‘‘apron’’). The conditions counted were
unrestrained pets, unruly children, poor lighting, and
