Business department will prepare quotation of each project which detail about management fee by estimated and sending to general manager (David Lim)for consideration to approve. After that Business department staff will offer to client and sign agreement, the agreement will define scope of duties and obligations and services of managing agent.
The company serves as agreement, in the end of month, manager of each project will be prepared monthly report, report to work each month, send to head office. Then the accounting staff (K. Ath) prepared invoice for billing with customer and post to general ledger.
