Late, sick leave, leave without pay or absence will affect the adjustment annual's salary and bonuses. As detailed below :
1. Late (over than 20 minutes per month)
- Between 1-60 minutes per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 1% and deduct percentage of bonuses 5%
- Between 61-120 minutes per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 2% and deduct percentage of bonuses 10%
- Between 121-180 minutes per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 3% and deduct percentage of bonuses 15%
- Over than 180 minutes per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 5% and deduct percentage of bonuses 20%
2. Sick leave
- Between 5 - 7 days per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 1% and deduct percentage of bonuses 10%
- Between 7.1 - 10 days per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 2% and deduct percentage of bonuses 20%
- Between 10.1 - 20 days per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 3% and deduct percentage of bonuses 30%
- Between 20.1 - 30 days per year will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 5% and deduct percentage of bonuses 40%
3. Leave without pay
- Between 3.1-5 days will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 1% and deduct percentage of bonuses 10%
- Between 5.1-7 days will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 2% and deduct percentage of bonuses 20%
- Over than 7 days will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 3% and deduct percentage of bonuses 30%
4. Absence
- 1 days will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 5% and deduct percentage of bonuses 30%
- 2 days will deduct percentage of adjustment annual's salary 8% and deduct percentage of bonuses 60%
- 3 days will not adjusted annual's salary and will not received bonuses
