Would it be possible to have someone speak to the employee Taweesak Pansavet about using the label we sent to return the item? Or could she take the label to someone in human resources to mail this for her? There is no charge to mail this package, and each time we have sent emails she doesn’t seem to understand that our supplier will not be picking this up, and our supplier wants to use the label to return.
