Please inform us ASAP, when the customer request the canceling the car after we ordered.
In this September I have been noticed sometimes that the customer refused delivering cars however they have signed the contract.
As you know, when the car was cancelled, we are supposed to suffer from big loss.
In such cases, we have to convince to customers to use the car which they ordered according to the agreement they signed.
The sooner the first action we could take, the better negotiation we can do.
