I always emphasized all of you in the meeting regarding “ Replying Email to Users” whenever they have requested us to do; you just simply reply their emails on the status, no matter job done or not so they know that we are not ignored their request.
I’ve just got an escalation from Lucas from slow response by our team, please refer to below email. I myself as being your supervisor, I really can’t protect you every times and cannot help to reply all emails under your responsibility as I have been too overloading work and need you to pay more attention.
Please help to close this gap and if TR escalate to JLL Global that’s beyond my control.
