I have seen all this emails and propose we stop sending emails back and forward.
I think Optimum has their way how to do accounting and we need to find our way.
We also need to respect that optimum is handling a lot of international customers and should have experience on this.
As you know we will take over the accounting soon and should let them do it their way until this. After that we can establish our system the "correct way".
Please avoid confrontation and stay polite.
Just wait some more weeks and then it will be your turn.
