During dark fermentation period with lab scale process, the gas products, such as biohydrogen, carbon dioxide and biomethane, were calculated with gas flow meter and specified gas concentration by gas chromatograph. The liquid products, such as acetate and butyrate, were analyzed by high-pressure liquid chromatography; both of the liquid products could be the materials for chemical industries after purification. Based on the data with lab scale, the kinetics parameters were carried out by power law calculation, which were applied for Aspen Plus simulation process to obtain unit yield of products like mass and energy balance. As simulation results, the unit yield of products could be calculated with the application of selling carbon dioxide and the fee of biomass-derived energy as substitute of nature gas.
