The further project the first thing should be to study job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the service in various levels, and then compared with supervisors and employees who satisfaction differences and the second thing study about other factors to affecting satisfaction in job of employees such as communication and opinion, training and improvement ability, and achievement.
This study is collecting data by questionnaire only. There is a restriction for analyze the result for interpreting and analyzing data are accurate, cover and close with fact. The next study should use collecting data by interviewing and questionnaire by distributing in all job levels.
