Search from websites on the topic of knowledge management to answer the following questions:
1.1 What is knowledge management? Explain the meanings of tacit knowledge, explicit knowledge, and implicit knowledge. What kind of knowledge do you need at present?
1.2 Why is knowledge management important to every individual and organization in the 21st. century?
1.3 From your study of this course, what knowledge, skills, and attitudes about teaching profession you have acquired? What do you need to learn more to improve your knowledge, skills, and attitudes?
1.4 How can you apply KM as a tool to help you become a learning person?
1.5 Share your data base of knowledge about teaching profession that you have developed from this course. (Group presentation of data base)

1. Activity 1: Review (Group discussion)
1.1 The Teacher Professional Standards manual prescribes the requirement for an individual wishing to apply for a teaching license must have certain pedagogical knowledge, competencies, and professional ethics. Evaluate yourself against the prescribed standards and explain how you can be an effective science teacher to help improve teaching and learning science in secondary school.
1.2 Why do you need to study education laws?
1.3 What are the functions of school? What are the roles of a teacher in school apart from teaching?
1.4 What are the expectations of teacher development in the Education Reform Plan? What is PCK teacher?
1.5 Why is the quality of teacher and student relationship important in classroom management? Give reasons.
