My customer has a problem that cannot login to our BMC via the Internet Explorer (IE).
After the customer input the username and password, the screen will go back to the login page again (please see the attached file for more detail).
The account is working fine in Firefox and Chrome. However, the IE is necessary because some features are not working in Firefox and Chrome.
Can you suggest me how to solve the problem?
Can you tell me what plug-ins or modules that our BMC are using in the IE?
It is noted that the customer is using the Window XP and IE7.
I have tied to reset and upgrade the IE from IE7 to IE8 but I still cannot solve the problem
