The crucial thing to note here is that your written report, or what- ever it is that you use to present your findings, will have an overall argument to make, and any descriptive material that helps to make that argument is important to include and any that is irrelevant can be excluded. But before excluding anything, ask why you wanted to include it in the first place. It might be more important than you realised We have been talking about the more descriptive part of the final presentation, and I have spoken as if this is distinct from, yet relevant more concrete analysis. However, some people present their findings in a very descriptive way as if they have done no analysis and as if the data speak for themselves they don't!
