All of the results in this study are reported as the means of two or
three replicate analyses. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was
carried out to compare the mean values obtained from different
fermented samples. Differences in the mean values were determined
at p b 0.05 (SPSS 20.0 forWindows; SPSS, Chicago, IL). Principal component
analysis (PCA) was conducted by XLSTAT version 2006.3.
