Responsibilities :
• Lead problem solving process to eliminate root causes of nonconforming products for both customer and internal concerns. Ensure all 8D follow up activity and close.
• Communicate with all Manufacturing Center (MC) personnel to get supports as needed
• External failure cost control by quick containment actions in the event of customers claims.
• Stop production to correct quality problems.
• Drive continuous improvements related to APS (Quality First) within MCs and etc.
