• Supervise HR Team to ensure that all local practices comply with the direction from Group HR & Local Management
• Advise and make recommendation to the Board regarding the company’s operations, strategy and scope
• Ensure the company’s property is adequate and well maintained for the purpose and continuation of the company’s business
• Offer professional guidance and assistant to subordinate staffs
• Encourage and motivate staff to excel in all areas of their work environment
• Manage the human resources of the company in a way that suits best the objectives and interests of the company and the well-being of the employees
• Prepare and update Employee Handbook
• Evaluate staff in probation period with Department Head
• Manage in-country recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, and basic screening
• Monthly payroll processing - Ensure it is timely and accurate manner in accordance with local legislation
• Prepare personal income tax return (monthly and yearly basis).
• Issue withholding Tax certificate for personal income Tax withholding
• Coordinate staff termination and compensation
• Ensure proper filing of tax returns and other statutory requirements in accordance with the local legislations
• Local Salary Survey
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations in HR department are run smoothly and effectively
• Gather staff training requirement for each department and design/search the training program based on their requirement
• Set up and control training budget for each department
• Arrange in-house training such as company business, group business, project background, etc.
• Conduct Orientation
• Announce all significant information for the company to all staff such as new project, company news, changing in the company, etc.
• Set up staff relations activities such as staff parties, outing, etc.
