Going to bed late has several negative effects. For one effect is get up late. Someone wake up late will do not have breakfast and go to the classroom late. Another one, students who are go to bed late feel tired and sleepy in class because they do not get enough sleep. The concentration, perception, memory and understanding are reduced. Most importantly, people who are going to bed late will have health problems such as fatigue, blur, dizziness, headache and sick. This health problems can lead to risks of many diseases. In conclusion, get up late, learn and health problems are result from going to bed late. For the good things in life we should be enough rest.
