am very disappointed in the professional standard, to say the least. The letter you have sent belittles her job to the point where it sounds like she is just playing around with one of her friends. I could have told you easily that that would be rejected! You have not given any explanations to help them see that the deposits are proof of her salary and it is pure foolishness to describe her employer as a “friend”. Also you make a poor description of her account with the insurance company. Saying that it is an insurance policy for her daughter, which makes it meaningless, when it is actually an investment account!! I have serious doubts as to your professional abilities if this is all you have submitted in an effort to obtain a Tourist visa. It is very obvious to me that it would fail and I wonder if you have much experience with these matters at all.
To give you some small examples! I described her Employment as a “Personal Assistant for a Thai businesswoman” which is a good and honest description and sounds like a respectable career. Your description “I work with my close friend at coffee shop which is also a small restaurant.” is almost a joke. It would be like describing your job as someone who hangs out with friends in an office where they sometimes do legal things! You could have truthfully described the coffee shop job as “ She Manages a Coffee Shop and Restaurant for the Owner”, and I have never heard of anyone sending photos of their workplace before. In fact she has only managed the Coffee shop for a short time. What she has done for the last 6 years is the job of a Secretary, or by the modern term “Personal Assistant” And her Employers are in fact Thai Business women who operate a number of business ventures. Lapin’s actual own private business, that she has recently ventured into, involves the buying and selling of Real Estate for profit, far more impressive and you could include a photo of her land! It was very disappointing to see your poor descriptions and the results are reflected in the outcome.
