Job description:
Accounting:
o Implement company’s payments
o Making relevant reports as required by tax regulations and accounting rules in Thailand
o Working with tax office upon request
o Assist the head office in making internal management reports as Board of Directors of Head office request
o Working with head office to perform other accounting tasks as required.
o Correcting invoices & receipts as processing
Human Resource Admin:
o Supporting company recruitment by jobs posting, CVs searching, candidates screening, setup interviews, and working with HR manager from head office regarding timeline and headcount
o Comparing and matching Labor contracts (between head office and Thai office) for employees.
o Maintaining office environment and equipment, contact suppliers (if needed) to maintain best environment for employees
o Working with HR manager in head office to build a good environment and culture for people
o Other admin tasks if required
Qualification:
o At least 5-year experience in accounting and knowledge in human resource, especially C&B
o Fluent in written and reading in English
o Knowledge about Thailand Labor regulations
o Good understanding of Thailand Accounting System & activities.
o Good understanding of Taxation and Fiscal Standard
o Good at Computer and Accounting applications
o Carefully, honestly, meticulously, occupational nature
o A good team player as well as working independently.
