Duties / Responsibility :
-Lead, support, organize internal sales team to achieve all ordering, quoting, collecting and dispatching processes
-Maintain and control price structure and discounts to customers, ensure correct pricing to customers
-Prepare quotations and follow up sales enquiries/ tests from customers
-Coordinate with team and customers the coating schedule, delivery and pick-up of the goods
-Coordinate with production in order to define the best coating plan to achieve OTD and customer satisfaction.
-Register, update and analyze customers information in ERP and CRM systems
-Assure, train and improve correct use of the ERP & CRM systems as local Key User
-Improve ERP system to support Continuous Improvement Process of all concern tasks
-Support sales & marketing CRM activities and implement, train and support new CRM functions
-Cooperate in all customer promotional events; take part by customer meetings, seminars and exhibitions.
-Register and follow up customer complain and coordinate with other departments in order to find and agree preventive and corrective actions
