The S. cerevisiae strain, CICC 1445, obtained from China Center
of Industrial Culture Collection, was used in the present study. The
strain was cultured aerobically at 30 C in an incubator at 200 rpm
in a yeast extract peptone dextrose medium (YPD) containing
20 g/L of glucose, 10 g/L of yeast extract, and 5 g/L of peptone.
