We have put up a (somewhat) automatic Sales Call Tracker for all “call-related activities”.
This aims to simplify and automate the existing sales call tracker that each territory has. With this sales call tracker, reports will be generated very easily and can give us a real time productivity overview of a specific individual, group/territory/ and campaign.
For the next 2 days – April 29-30, we would like you to try and test this form so you can all have a feel of its usability prior to its official launch.
We are hoping that you can share with us your experience in using the form so we can improve it further.
Guidelines:
1. Kindly use this tracker on all calls, whether – invalid number, answering machine etc.
2. Open the Sales Call Tracker file attached in this email
3. in the Sales Call Tracker tab, kindly click on the “Form” Button( 1st Row, Column J ) to begin tracking
4. Kindly fill out the username and phone number fields and the rest of the fields via the drop-down selection
5. On every entry, do not forget to click the “Submit” button
6. On your next calls, click on the “New” button
