A Customer Database may be allocated to a customer when loading a file with
details from the Bulk Customer Generation screen. This may be done in two ways:
1. Select a customer database from the dropdown under the 'Customer Defaults
& Bulk Generation TAB' of the screen. The 'Use default values for blank entries in
new customer rows' checkbox must then be selected before loading the input file.
The selected customer database will then be allocated to all the customers
specified in the input the file.
2. Specify a customer database (code or description) in the input file. This will be
uploaded with the rest of the details for each customer. Refer to deployment
notes for the file format.
The customer database is mandatory for sites which make use of multiple
customer databases.
