I would personally concentrate on designing new looks, which would keep the selection of choices fresh. In fashion, originality always pays off. Improving the, time from order received, to delivery, would be important. Most customers would be from the USA or the EU, so cutting shipment costs and speeding up delivery time, means increased customer satisfaction and feedback. Feedback surveys from customers would help with improving satisfaction and lead to repeat customers. Regularly updating designs and fabrics would be an asset to improving the customer base and would serve as the best form of advertisement. I would need to continually improve the ordering process and internet form from which the factory would refer to. I would also need to have routine personnel training to insure good customer communications for clarity of orders and decrease errors.
