.in these study the researcher confirmed that
the effective inactivation of L.monocytogenes and E.coli by IPL treatment that can caused cell damage.
and the efficiency using IPL in food product in this case were infant beverage, infant meal and infant powdered milk
IPL can decrease Listeria monocytogenes but depend on food composition
in this case moisture content and food’s properties : opaqueness, viscosity and color has affected on the efficiency of IPL treatment.
