And I also noticed the ‘primary contact’ field was filled like listed below, which is not the correct way, that could also cause problem to send notification, pls let the team know, that field is only for entering contact name, not phone numbers, and I also fixed a few issues about sending notification due to wrong data entered in CP, e.g someone entered ‘*’ for fax number field which caused problem…etc etc, a lot of similar issues recently…
