Relating the classification of success and failure in projects and the affirmatives about the person who manages
and takes the decisions, the majority of interviewees strongly agree and slightly agree that all the employees should
participate in the decision making process and not just the project managers and also that they must be qualified for
the job and not because of their length of service but on account of their specialization. Maybe this explains the
differences in the classification of success and failure because there is no standardization of rating just as there is
no standardization about who manages and takes decisions on how project success and failure are graded.
