In reference to my email dated 08Dec14, there was no response the issues raised
regarding the poor service provided by your guide.
We do appreciate if you could follow up on the items listed in the email below.
Please remove the duplicate charges of HK$270 (items 7 and 10) from the invoice as
mentioned in my previous email. These charges were already included in item 8.
Also, as the service provided to our VIP guests were dissatisfactory, we are not
inclined to pay for the services of the guide.
From a service provider’s point of view, our client was most upset, and we handled
all the client’s disappointment and provided penalty at our own costs. We have been
most kind to not have consistently chased for any support from your side, however we
are most upset with the lack of response. Towa Tours have been a client with your
company for many times before, we did believe that our request and concerns would be
treasured, sadly this was not the case, and we had to suffer from our side due to
the lack of service and response presented by your company.
Our minimal request is just a feedback and explanation upon our VIP’s behalf. Please
look into this situation and the past email once again, and also further follow up
with the charges from the invoice.
