Following on from the two lessons this week you will now have a clear understanding of the people in GAC and our products and services as a Group, in this activity you will focus on the GAC DNA of your own local company.
Question 1 - We need to know which GAC region your company comes under, what other countries/companies also come under this region (this information is under regions in the lesson) and you need to attach an organisation chart or illustrate the Managerial chain from your Regional Vice President to yourself. (2 Points)
Question 2 - You need to list the top three key products and services that you sell in your company and who the key customers are for these? We need you to supply the link to the GAC Website for all three products and services as well as tell us a bit about the history of the product or service? This information is to be gained from GAC Website, where you connect to your LOCAL company services. You may need to consult others in your work area for more information here. List each product or service with the customer’s name - supply the link to the GAC website for that product/service and something about the history of that product in your company. (3 Points)
Question 3 - What is your personal role in enabling the successful sale of your products? (Remember that everyone in GAC plays their role in selling our products, whether directly in contact with customers or not). (3 Points)
