The ionic conductivity of electrolyte is very crucible to determine
the electrochemical performance of supercapacitor device.
The ionic conductivity effectively affects the movement of ion
between two electrodes and for large ionic conductivity electrolytes,
the movement of ions within two electrodes is very fast
and which definitely helps in improving power and energy density
of supercapacitor device. Therefore, the ionic conductivity (r,
S cm1) of polymer gel electrolyte is estimated using impedance
spectra applying following equation,
