Bullying, and being bullied, has a long history in schools. Cyberbullying is a form of psychological cruelty. Although cyberbullying usually occurs off school grounds, schools are experiencing its repercussions. Any program to attack cyberbullying starts with school climate. Without the full support of all people that have a role in a prevention program there will not be a program that provides the safety everyone should have.
