- Work closely with the line managers to determine the resource requirements and be responsible for the sourcing and hiring.
- Prepare and update weekly reports for management in relation to recruitment and hiring.
- Execute and record competency evaluation.
- Ensure the recruitment process is completed in a fast efficient & professional manner at all times, minimize the time to hire.
- Draft adverts, job details and person specifications and co-ordinate internal/external advertising and recruitment campaigns.
- Screen applications and participate in interviewing and selecting candidates, also conduct job offer and salary negotiation.
- Communicate an interview result to those candidates who participate in the interview via e-mail, phone or mail.
- Responsible for job offering and new hire process including documentation.
- Liaise and keep warm relationship with external agencies, universities, third-parties regarding current vacancies and recruitment activities.
- Responsible for recruitment projects, such as new graduates recruitment, road show, open house, walk-in interview, etc.
