Although the economic growth in Argentina is in the good range, Argentina still has problems about freedom from want which was defined by president Franklin D. Roosevelt as economic understandings which will secure to every nation a healthy peacetime life for its inhabitants - everywhere in the world. The children of Argentina is the best illustration of this point, children in Argentina are in poverty. Even though Argentina has law 114, which is similar to Argentina’s national law 26061, to guarantees the promotion and protection of children’s right, they lack education, health care and residence, which is basic things that every person should have. Law 114 failed because law’s objectives could not be achieved. In terms of education due to the lack of buses, the infrastructure problems, the inadequate number of high schools and the programme change. As a result, “18.2% of poor adolescents drop out of high school” (The Argentina Independent, 2012).
