Although atocopherol is present in whole milk (Barba et al., 2011; Meglia, Jensen, Lauridsen, & Persson-Waller, 2006; Salo-Väänänen et al.,2000), it is not detected in skimmed milk that is included as ingredient in the milk-fruit beverages
